Tools change every year. The base stays, and for me that's knowing how to split a system into parts, ship it and lead the people who build it.

the base

engineering I make the architecture calls: how we version releases and which stack we pick. I've moved products from Redux to Effector and from Webpack to Vite without stopping them. I built a private UI kit from design specs and keep it up to date. When a library falls short, I send the fix upstream.
leading I run several frontend teams on parallel projects and keep them all shipping the same way. At Kaztour I kept one architecture across customer-facing and internal products. There I also worked out business logic and design decisions with the product team. And before I led teams at other companies, I co-founded a studio of my own.
